1. Publisher and purpose

The MoitMoit application (the “App”) is published by Aurèle Gala, sole trader (“entrepreneur individuel”, France), SIREN 798 082 707, 10 boulevard Edgar Quinet, 92700 Colombes, France — contact: [email protected]. These terms govern the use of the App. By creating an account or using the App, you accept these terms.

2. Service description

MoitMoit is a family-organization tool for shared custody: custody schedule, shopping lists, to-dos and events, shared between two parents within a single “family”.

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree not to impersonate anyone.

You remain responsible for the information you enter (names, events, lists…). You warrant that you are entitled to enter it, in particular when it concerns a child or the other parent.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its “MoitMoit” brand, design and code are protected and remain the property of the publisher. No license is granted beyond the right to use the App under these terms.

7. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, nor for any data loss. You remain responsible for your own data and organization.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings. The publisher may suspend access in case of breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of France, subject to applicable consumer-protection provisions.

11. Changes

These terms may change; the update date appears at the top and significant changes will be signaled in the App.
